Hello everyone!

I have an otter (I'm pretty sure) on a couple videos from two of my trail cameras, is there ANY way I can clear these videos up at all?  I have tried but I have no idea how photography and tech stuff works. Any information or help would be so so appreciated! I tried to attach one of the videos here but it said the format was wrong and would not allow it. I am happy to send it to anyone individually if that is possible. One of the videos the otter is literally smelling the camera, but the light is so bright on the animal its hard to see anything.
