Here is a panel discussion the Women in Conservation Tech (WiCT) led in November 2022, during the EarthRanger User Conference (ERUC). Opening up on women's challenges in #conservation is a step towards equality. However, cultural norms and traditional #gender roles continue to pose challenges to achieving full gender equality in #kenya and the globe.
