WILDLABS.NET (the “Website”) is owned by Fauna & Flora International ("Fauna & Flora"), a limited company registered in England under company number 2677068 and a registered charity under charity number 1011102, whose registered office is at The David Attenborough Building, Pembroke St, Cambridge CB2 3QZ, UK, representing the WILDLABS collaboration.

Acceptable Use

In accessing any part of this website, you agree:

  • not to use this website in such a way that disrupts, interferes with or restricts the use of this website by other users;
  • not to use this website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
  • not to upload, display or transmit any materials through this website which are false, offensive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, unlawful or which infringe the rights of any other person anywhere in the world;

Whilst we welcome all visitors to this website, we cannot guarantee that the website is appropriate or available for use in any territory. All material on this website is subject to copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights, which are vested in Fauna & Flora or people licensing those rights to us. This includes all text, images, photographs, videos and all other material found on this website. You acquire no rights in the website other than the limited right to use the website in accordance with these terms. 

All material contained in this website may be downloaded, viewed and printed for;

  • personal use or internal circulation within your organisation; and

User content

Certain features of our website, including the Inventory, allow for users to upload and / or edit content. If you make use of these features, you agree and acknowledge that:

  • all content you upload is accurate and not misleading, is not defamatory and does not contravene any applicable law;
  • we do not actively monitor the content uploaded by users, nor any edits made by users to any pre-existing content (including content originally created by us);

Uploading content to our site generally

The views expressed by other users on our website do not represent our views or values.

The Inventory

The section of our website known as the “The Inventory” comprises user-edited reviews and descriptions of third party products.

We do not endorse or recommend any third party products for use, and make no warranty as to the suitability of any product for any use, nor the conformity of any product with any review or description, or the general accuracy of any information on the website regarding such product.

The whole of the Inventory section of the website is wiki-style user-editable content. This means that individual users may edit product descriptions, add content, or edit the content created by us or other users. We accept no responsibility for the accuracy of this part of the website.

If you have any concerns or complaints about any content in the Inventory, including if you believe that anything is defamatory or breaches intellectual property rights, please get in contact with us on [email protected], or alternatively use the reporting feature on the content page to flag it to our administrators.
