The open source technology you build will aid on-site research and conservation efforts for giraffe, zebras, sea turtles, whale sharks, whales and many other Endangered species.

Requirements

  • JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, REST, and JSON skills to develop dynamic, asynchronous and responsive UI experiences.
  • Drive and curiosity to stay current and experiment with new techniques.
  • Portfolio of past work in production-level UI implementation.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally about 5%.
  • Work in Portland, Oregon.

You get bonus points for:

  • Foreign language skills.
  • Software i18n and l10n experience (our work is multi-lingual).
  • Research publications and/or history of contributions to the open-source community.
