Video and Image Analytics for Marine Environments (VIAME) is a computer vision software platform designed for do-it-yourself AI. The toolkit includes workflows used to generate object detectors, full-frame classifiers, image mosaics, rapid model generation, image and video search, and stereo measurement methods. VIAME is an open-source application, with a desktop and a web version for deployment in various environments. VIAME now contains many common algorithms and libraries beyond underwater image and video, as well as standalone tools such python and matlab nodes.
